Week 6 from term 3, Zoom Meetings have allowed us to continue have our weekly yoga classes during the 2020 lock down period. This term we are focusing on everything that is working in the body. Every time we focus on the positive workings of our world the stronger more resilient we feel. We will be working on what is working in our body so that the rest will follow.
